Aging & Changing

Calm_Storm_logo-01.png

Change is a part of life. But as life takes us into our 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond, almost any change can feel overwhelming.

We retire. Friends and loved ones move away or pass away. Maybe we find ourselves becoming caregivers. Or needing care ourselves.

These changes can be significant and are often marked by loss: A loss of companionship. A loss of independence. A loss of our individual identity and purpose in life. Is it any wonder so many older adults admit to feeling a sense of apathy, anxiety, loneliness, or sadness.

How are you coping with the changes at this stage of your life?

I can help you navigate the challenges, the emotions, the transitions that happen as we age. How great would it be to write the next chapter of your life where joy, purpose and a sense of well-being are all central to your story?

“Curtis saved my sanity! while going through the predicted and anticipated guilt, loneliness, grief and anger, I met Curtis. He listens but doesn't judge. He has given me strong, peaceful advice and helped me accept my new future“
